Ahlsell has acquired all shares of the wholesale company Elgross'n i Göteborg AB. The company's annual turnover amounts to approximately SEK 120 million.

Elgross'n, with establishments in Högsbo and Marieholm, has a strong market position in Gothenburg and specializes in lighting and electrical installations. The company has 33 employees and delivers mainly to local installation companies. Closing takes place today.

"Gothenburg is an important growth market for Ahlsell and this acquisition allows us to further strengthen our position in the region. The establishment in Marieholm is particularly interesting as we expect this area in eastern Gothenburg to become a major hub when the new tunnel under the river opens”, says Johan Nilsson, Group CEO of Ahlsell.
